You can pay your purchases through the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer (all data will be sent automatically by e-mail after the confirmation of the order)
- Credit card or prepaid credit card Visa, Cartasì or Mastercard (through Stripe Payment)
- The payment by credit card of your online order is completely safe and protected.
- This operation isn’t managed by Ecross Sport server, but directly by Stripe Payment.
All personal information and credit card details transit on secure server with SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) to protect your data. At the time you type your credit card details, you will see appearing a padlock in the browser window. It means the website is encrypted, protected.
The server will verify the credit card number automatically and nobody is authorized to see it.
All details for the payment will be send by e-mail after that you have completed the purchase on website. For the customers with a consolidated commercial relationship we’ll arrange special payment conditions. All orders have to be accepted by Ecross Sport Management.
Returns & Refunds
Ecross Sport recognizes buyer’s right to return the goods and get a refund.
You can avail yourself of this right within 10 days of receipt of shipment, sending a written communication to our customer service by e-mail email@example.com, our customer service will be at your disposal to agree upon return procedure, refund or replacement. Return shipping costs will be charged to the buyer. Dispatch or other commissions aren’t refundable. The substantial entirety of goods and original packages are considered as an essential requirement to avail the right of return the goods and get a refund.
Delivery and shipping
The shipping cost is calculated automatically in the order.
Requests EXTRA (extra charge):
Delivery to the floor – the courier will deliver the package to the floor. Please contact us first, as the price varies according to weight. We do not deliver to floors if you do not agree with our customer service in advance.
Insurance of goods during the transport
The goods are always assured. Ecross Sport is not responsible for deterioration, damage, delays and damages of any kind that may occur during transport. It is up to the buyer to perform appropriate checks of the merchandise and submit claims directly to the carrier upon receipt by specific reserves on the delivery of the courier (“Accept the goods with reserve”).
If no one is at the time of delivery the courier will leave a paper note and will retry the next two days the delivery of your product.
Even these failed attempts the goods will return to Bartolini branch, then the goods remain in storage, for which you pay a penalty equal to 30 Euros.
We advise you to check the boxes before signing. If you have any doubts accepted “WITH RESERVE”, otherwise, in case of problems, we cannot make the repayment.
Usually all orders are delivered within 24-72 hours after order confirmation and payment received.
The time for processing of an order are 24 – 48h (in addition to delivery time).
In the case of some products ordered aren’t immediately available, you will be contacted by our customer service department to find alternatives or agree to deferred delivery.
Delivery times are indicative and not binding which in any case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances Ecross Sport will not be held responsible for the delay of delivery.
Shipments are made by the courier BRT(Bartolini) or transporter for greater weights.
